2. About Servidy

Servidy is an all-in-one platform for service professionals. We empower businesses to list services, manage clients, and grow using our suite of tools, including digital business cards, lead collection tools, and an invoice generator. Users can browse services, contact service providers, leave reviews, and save business contacts.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Platform Use and Restrictions

You agree to use Servidy only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to violate any laws or regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights

5. Services and Features

Servidy provides digital tools to help service professionals promote and manage their business. Some tools are currently offered for free, but Servidy reserves the right to introduce paid subscriptions in the future for premium features.

We may also charge fees for promoted listings and for businesses that wish to advertise on the platform. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or promotion, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Subscription services may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. Content and Reviews

Users may leave reviews and upload content. By doing so, you grant Servidy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform-related purposes.

Servidy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find inappropriate, without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Links and Ads

Our platform may contain advertisements and links to third-party sites. Servidy is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the platform or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

Servidy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, or reliability of our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of Servidy.

11. Changes to Terms

Servidy may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
