By accessing or using Servidy ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Servidy.

2. About Servidy

Servidy is an all-in-one platform for service professionals operating in the United States. We empower businesses to list services, manage clients, and grow using our suite of tools, including digital business cards, lead collection tools, and an invoice generator. Users can browse services, contact service providers, leave reviews, and save business contacts.

Servidy is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and operates in compliance with applicable US federal and state laws.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Platform Use and Restrictions

You agree to use Servidy only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to violate any US federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the platform's functionality or security
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission

5. Services and Features

Servidy provides digital tools to help service professionals promote and manage their business. Our current features include:

• Digital business cards
• Service listings and profiles
• Lead collection tools
• Invoice generator
• Client management
• Review and rating system

Some tools are currently offered for free, but Servidy reserves the right to introduce paid subscriptions in the future for premium features. We may also charge fees for promoted listings and advertisements. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to payment.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If you purchase a subscription or promotion, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Key payment terms:

• Billing: Payments are processed through our secure payment partners (e.g., Stripe)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription services may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

For billing disputes, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge.

7. Content and Reviews

Users may leave reviews, upload content, and share information. By doing so, you grant Servidy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform-related purposes.

Content Guidelines:

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
• Content must not be defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant us license to use it
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

Servidy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find inappropriate, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Servidy are owned by Servidy and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform

9. Third-Party Links and Ads

Our platform may contain advertisements and links to third-party sites. Servidy is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

Third-party integrations currently include:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google Analytics: Website analytics

10. User Interactions and Disputes

Servidy is a platform that connects service providers and customers. We are not a party to any agreements between users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Guidelines for interactions:

• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Honor commitments made to other users
• Resolve disputes directly with the other party
• Report violations to our support team

We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. Servidy may, at our discretion, assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the platform or its users. Types of termination:

• Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
• Involuntary Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to your account and content may be restricted

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Servidy is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• The availability or uptime of the platform
• That the platform will meet your specific needs
• The quality or safety of any third-party services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servidy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Damages arising from your use of the platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the platform during the 12 months prior to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Servidy harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your conduct or content

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes
• Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions
• Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations

16. Changes to Terms

Servidy may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Website banner or announcement
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Servidy
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
